Six months ago, I had the absolute honour of DJing my very first wedding for the lovely Chloe and Richard at the beautiful Stanford Farm. I’ll be honest—being my first wedding, I was nervous. But from the moment I stepped into that stunning venue, the excitement took over and it ended up being a night I’ll never forget!
Stanford Farm is truly a one-of-a-kind venue. The reception space, made from gorgeous reclaimed wood, perfectly matched the rustic vibe of my booth setup. It was as if my booth was designed for this room, blending seamlessly. And, of course, there's always something thrilling about being on a stage!
Chloe, Richard and their guests let loose, and let me tell you, they partied hard! From the very first track, the energy on the dancefloor was unreal. The guests were a lively bunch, singing along at the top of their lungs to some classic bangers. There's nothing quite like getting the whole crowd belting out the lyrics to a timeless anthem—it’s the kind of thing that makes you fall in love with DJing all over again.

Throughout the night, I mixed in all their favourite tunes, keeping the energy high and the dancefloor packed. It was an amazing feeling watching everyone dance like there was no tomorrow.
At 11 o'clock, it was time to wind things down. Chloe and Richard had a singer lined up to take over for a more chilled-out end to the evening. It was the perfect transition from the high-energy dance party to a more relaxed, intimate vibe.
All in all, it was an incredible experience and a night I’ll always remember. Chloe and Richard’s wedding was everything I hoped for my first gig—fun, full of life, and a total celebration of love.
